We offer a handful of plans based on how many survey responses you receive per month and how many users you have in your account. If you don’t see a plan that suits you, please contact our sales team.
The pricing plans are based on received survey responses, not surveys that have been sent. When you send out or display a survey to a customer, it is a sent survey. Whenever a customer answers the survey, e.g. provides feedback, it counts as a survey response.
Typically, our customers achieve a 10% response rate when sending out email surveys. In the example above, if you handle 5000 customer tickets/conversations a month, you are likely to receive 500 responses (ratings) each month. The response rate of our pop-up surveys can be expected to be around 5% if you use them on your website or within your software. From a website with 5000 visitors per month, you can expect to receive 250 responses each month.
Your plan will automatically be upgraded to a higher level if you exceed the number of responses or users for your plan.
Yes, we also offer annual billing. What are the benefits? It helps simplify bookkeeping and it saves you money in the long run, due to the 20% discount.

There is no limit to how many surveys you can run simultaneously. It is possible to create and use as many surveys as you like.
The amount of customer data you can store and view is not limited. You can always view your customer feedback from the entire period of collecting feedback with Nicereply since we do not delete your customer feedback by default.
